Fortunately, the economy picked up along with the market. The One Big Beautiful Bill passed in the summer reinstated 100% bonus depreciation for qualifying assets acquired after January 19, 2025. The definition of eligible property remains unchanged, meaning avionics upgrades continue to qualify. This reinvigorated the ongoing fleet modernization that has driven demand over the last five to ten years.
